7th Meeting of the Global Blind Community

The Chance Foundation - We Are Together invites you to the 7th Meeting of the Global Blind Community, which will take place on 14 May at 14:00 on the Microsoft Teams platform. It is a great opportunity to exchange experiences, discover inspiring initiatives, and take action together.

 

Who is it for?

We invite people with visual impairments, specialists, rehabilitation professionals, teachers, researchers, and anyone interested in accessibility and inclusion from an international perspective.

 

Programme:

- opening of the meeting – Marek Kalbarczyk, President of the Chance Foundation - We Are Together,

- nominations for this year’s edition of the WORLD IDOL OF THE BLIND competition,

- introduction to the next edition of REHA FOR THE BLIND IN POLAND 2026, the Warsaw Vision conference, and the international East–West, North–South Meeting,

- invitation to Accessibility Expo 2026,

- information about the launch of the Foundation’s 35th anniversary celebrations,

- presentation of further initiatives supporting accessibility and social inclusion.
