We are launching our 35th anniversary celebrations and beginning a new chapter in communication.
The Chance Foundation – We Are Together is beginning the celebrations of its 35th anniversary with a change to its visual identity. The organisation’s jubilee falls in January 2027, and the new logo marks the beginning of the next chapter in the Foundation’s history.
The new symbol has been designed to be simpler, more legible, and better suited to modern communication - both online, across social media, and in printed materials. Accessibility was also an important aspect of the project, particularly for people with visual impairments.
Although the form is changing, the most important elements remain the same. The new logo still features the Foundation’s characteristic navy blue colour and the heart symbol that has been associated with the organisation for many years.
The navy blue symbolises trust, stability, and the experience built over more than three decades of work. The heart remains a symbol of closeness, empathy, and acting together - values that have been the foundation of The Chance Foundation - We Are Together from the very beginning.
The new visual identity has also been simplified to improve clarity in everyday use. Particular attention was paid to appropriate contrast, the transparency of the symbol, and making the logo easier to use in digital environments.

– We did not want to cut ourselves off from the Foundation’s history. Rather, our aim was to organise and refresh the visual identity so that it better reflects who we are today and how we communicate with the world around us – emphasises Marek Kalbarczyk.
The logo is changing, but the Foundation’s purpose remains the same.
For nearly 35 years, The Chance Foundation – We Are Together has supported blind and partially sighted people through social, educational, rehabilitation, and technological initiatives. Today, the organisation operates through 16 branches across Poland and delivers hundreds of projects and thousands of hours of support and rehabilitation every year.
The new visual identity is one element of a broader programme of activities connected with the Foundation’s anniversary celebrations. In the coming months, the organisation plans further initiatives, events, and activities showcasing the Foundation’s history and development over the past 35 years.
Because although the form may change, one thing remains the same:
We are together.
